Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayKenzie Burke is the founder of Brûlé, and a wellness creator best known for bringing food combining into the mainstream conversation. Her approach came from her own experience with digestive issues and feeling overwhelmed by restrictive diets and conflicting wellness advice. Instead of following rigid plans, she started experimenting with how different foods made her feel, which led to the simple, structured method she now shares with her audience.
You may have already met her in this episode of The Bossticks where she shared her bankruptcy experience, online backlash and where she’s at today. She is real, raw and reminds us that the comeback hits harder than the fall. Be sure to listen to hear more about evolving, discovering and resilience.
From her own wellness journey with digestive issues, we thought Kenzie was the perfect person to ask for lymphatic drainage tips. Today she’s here to tell us the 5 ways she fits it into her day to depuff, debloat and feel better every single day. With that, let’s welcome Kenzie to the blog.

I like to live a depuffed life. For me, that really just means staying in flow. When my body feels good, my face reflects it.
These are the five things I come back to constantly.
1. Ice rolling every morning
I start every day with The Skinny Confidential ice roller. I keep two in my freezer at all times, so one is always ready. If I’m traveling, it comes with me. I’ll even order an ice bucket at a hotel just to keep it cold.
It wakes up my face, tightens everything, and sets the tone for the day.
2. A breakfast that keeps things moving
I’m very intentional about not starting my day with anything heavy. My go-to smoothie is frozen cherries, cucumber, romaine, frozen blueberries, banana, coconut water, water, spirulina, and collagen. It keeps everything flowing and I can see it in my face within hours.

3. Movement first, always
If I feel puffy, I know I need to move. I’ll walk on an incline treadmill while answering emails or getting work done. It’s one of the easiest ways to stay consistent, and it makes a noticeable difference in how lean and awake my face looks.
4. Lymphatic support throughout the day
I’ve learned that stagnation shows up quickly. I’ll use a vibration plate when I feel off or heavy, just to get everything circulating again. It’s a quick reset that works every time.
5. Layering tools for extra impact
One of my favorite little hacks is wearing eye patches and ice rolling over them. It pushes everything in, depuffs instantly, and gives that really sculpted, fresh look.
