This industry has been a throughline in my career for many years, and I’ve had the privilege of working with many of you along the way — particularly during my time with Imaging Technology News and Diagnostic and Interventional Cardiology, where I served as Editorial Director for more than a decade.
To say I’m looking forward to reconnecting would be an understatement. Healthcare is a fast-moving, deeply meaningful space, and it’s one I’ve always felt connected to.
Rooted in Healthcare
My entire career has been spent in B2B media, with most of it rooted in healthcare. I got my start at the American Academy of Pediatrics, and from there moved into medical aesthetics, where I spent nearly two decades covering a rapidly evolving segment of the industry.
Eventually, that path led me into healthcare technology, radiology imaging and cardiology — just as technology was accelerating and conversations around data, interoperability and artificial intelligence were beginning to take shape in real time.
Across each of these roles, one thing has remained constant: the job starts with listening. Listening to clinicians, executives, innovators and industry partners, and then translating what they’re experiencing into content that helps others do their jobs better.
Building Conversations That Matter
One of the things I’ve always loved most about this work is the opportunity to sit at the intersection of ideas, people and impact, and to turn that into something useful.
That often comes to life through events. There’s something uniquely rewarding about seeing a program move from a blank page to a room full of engaged professionals having meaningful conversations. It’s an experience I’m especially excited to bring to the Healthcare Innovation Summit Series, where those conversations can continue to grow and evolve.
Looking Ahead
As I step into this role, my goal is to help Healthcare Innovation continue to grow as a trusted resource for healthcare leaders navigating an increasingly complex landscape.
That means focusing on clear, value-driven editorial, thoughtful coverage of the technologies shaping care, and strong connections between content, events and community. Just as importantly, I’m joining a brand with an established voice and a talented team, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to build on that foundation.
Healthcare is evolving quickly. The need for clear, trusted and practical insight has never been greater. I’m excited to be part of that conversation again, and to help shape where it goes next.
