At the 2026 ACM Awards, hosted by Shania Twain for the first time, Ella Langley, Lainey Wilson, Kacey Musgraves and more country stars brought show-stopping looks to the red carpet May 17.

2025 ACM Awards: The Biggest Winners Of The Night

One of country music's biggest nights has arrived as the 2026 ACM Awards take over the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 17, with Shania Twain assuming hosting duties from Reba McEntire, who emceed the two previous years.

And this year, the red carpet fashion was bigger and bolder. Take Kacey Musgraves, who turned heads in a body-hugging black strapless gown with white ruffle accents, paired with black pumps. She finished off the look with a smoky eye and a bold red lip.

Meanwhile, Ella Langley wowed in a white strapless gown that featured a sculpted corseted bodice and flowy skirt. As for Lainey Wilson, she stunned in a red strapless gown with cascading fringe.

Heading into the 61st Academy of Country Music Awards, female country artists led the pack of nominees. Megan Moroney earned nine nominations, including Entertainer of the Year, Female Artist of the Year and Single of the Year for "6 Months Later."

Following closely behind the "Am I Okay" singer was Miranda Lambert with eight nods, along with Ella and Lainey at seven nominations each.

Other artists up for awards include Chris Stapleton, Zach Top, Cody Johnson, Kelsea Ballerini and Shaboozey.

As for performers, the ceremony will see Kacey, Kane Brown, Blake Shelton and Little Big Town joining many other big names in country music in taking the stage. Keith Urban, Lauren Alaina and Ashley McBryde are also slated to present.

Indeed, according to host Shania, it will be an "unforgettable night."

"I'm thrilled to be hosting the 61st ACM Awards in Las Vegas, a place that feels like home," she said in an April statement. "It’s such an honor to be part of this incredible night celebrating Country Music’s biggest stars, especially with so many talented women leading nominations this year."
