Orgo-Life the new way to the future Advertising by AdpathwayCrisp and delicious restaurant-style home fries are easy to make in the air fryer. Potatoes, peppers, onions and seasonings make these both easy and delicious!

- We love home fries for all meals. Like most air fryer recipes, this is easy to make and a cinch to clean up.
- These use way less oil making them healthier (and equally delicious).
- They can be made to order in minutes.
- Even frozen potatoes can be used just by adjusting the cooking times.
Ingredient Tips
- Potatoes: I prefer russet potatoes for this recipe because they are starchy, so they cook up fluffy. Any potato can be used, including Yukon gold and red potatoes.
- Peppers & Onions: Onions and peppers add flavor to these homefries, any color bell pepper will do.
- Seasoning: I keep it simple with garlic powder & seasoned salt. Add your own favorite herbs.
Variations: Try a combination of baby potatoes, sweet potatoes, mushrooms, and even bacon bits to transform this recipe into a whole new side.

Serving Suggestions
Home fries are great next to any meal.
- Breakfast/Brunch: Next to an omelet, frittata, or bacon and eggs.
- Lunch/Dinner: Swap out the French fries for home fries next to a burger, BLT, or club sandwich.
- Ketchup, salsa, or buffalo sauce are all perfect for dipping.
