Ant Anstead and Renée Zellweger have been together for five years!

On Friday (April 24), the 47-year-old TV personality and mechanic took to Instagram to share a very rare photo with the 56-year-old Oscar-winning actress in honor of their fifth anniversary.

“Happy FIVE YEAR anniversary my beautiful lady!” he continued. “Hands down The best human I know! Luckiest boy! I love you my Ren 💫❤️ x”

If you didn’t know, Ant and Renée met in 2021 when she made a guest appearance on the first episode of the first season of the reality show. Since then, the two have shared some rare comments about each other, but typically keep their relationship out of the public eye.

In an interview from September 2025, Ant shared how Renée inspired him on his latest show, Born Mechanic.

“She’s been a big influence on that; she’s very, very good at designing. So, I’m obviously going to take advice from the person who’s way better at houses than I am,” Ant gushed. “I am constantly being advised, because she’s the greatest human I’ve ever met.”

Ant also recently responded to a “disrespectful” rumor about his relationship with Renée.
