Barry Manilow has postponed upcoming concert dates in Las Vegas to focus on his health.

The music icon, 82, announced on Wednesday that he’s rescheduling his Feb. 12 to Feb. 21 residency shows at Westgate Las Vegas after undergoing surgery for his lung cancer diagnosis.

“I’m doing great and recovering very well after my surgery,” Manilow wrote in an Instagram statement. “I’ve been getting exercise and spending some time in the studio, which has been fantastic.”

“With my doctor’s guidance and recommendation, however, we have decided to postpone my residency dates at Westgate Las Vegas from February 12-21 so I can stay focused on healing and getting ready for the tour that’s kicking off at the end of February,” the “Copacabana” singer continued.

“Having a few weeks to rest and prepare is what the doctor ordered!” he added in his statement.

Manilow also noted that tickets for the postponed Vegas shows will be refunded.

Manilow is set to take the stage next on Feb. 27 at Benchmark International Arena in Tampa, Florida, before he returns to Westgate Las Vegas for three nights at the end of March.

His 2026 farewell tour will last until April 29, with his final show being at Gas South Arena in Duluth, Georgia.

Manilow announced in December that doctors found a cancerous spot on his left lung that required surgery.

“It’s pure luck (and a great doctor) that it was found so early,” Manilow told fans. “That’s the good news.”

The Grammy Award winner explained that doctors were fairly certain his cancer did not spread, but he was taking tests “to confirm their diagnosis.”

“So, that’s it. No chemo. No radiation,” he shared. “Just chicken soup and I Love Lucy reruns.”

But due to the diagnosis and surgery, Manilow was forced to reschedule the January shows on his “Christmas A Gift of Love” concert series.

“I’m very sorry that you have to change your plans. Just like you, we were all looking forward to the January shows and hate having to move everything around,” he said in his December statement.

Last June, Manilow opened up to Billboard about his decision to embark on the farewell tour.

“It’s like, ‘What? Am I the only one left?’” he told the outlet. “It’s Billy Joel, and Elton [John] is not well and Rod [Stewart] and Neil [Diamond]. Diana Ross is still in great shape, I think.”

“There must be only a handful of people in my world that are still there,” he continued. “I’m still healthy. I’m strong and I’ve still got my voice and my energy. The night I can’t hit the F natural on ‘Even Now,’ that’s the night I throw in the towel. But I can still do it.”
