Excerpts from Blake Lively‘s deposition in her It Ends With Us case against Justin Baldoni have been unsealed and there are some new details for her allegations about what happened during the movie’s birthing scene.

We already knew that Blake took issue with Justin‘s friend being cast as the OB/GYN, but now we’re learning more, in her own words.

TMZ reports that Blake claimed in the deposition that Justin and his producing partner Jamey Heath insisted that she go naked for the birthing scene.

Justin allegedly told Blake that his wife “tore her clothes off” when she was giving birth to their children, though Blake told him that she was always clothed while giving birth to her four children.

In the end, Blake agreed to have her prosthetic belly be visible for the scene, but she felt “forced to compromise and ultimately agreed to simulate nudity from below the chest down, which we had not previously discussed or agreed to.”

“At many points during filming, I was positioned on my back on a hospital bed, with my naked legs spread apart wide in stirrups, while non-essential crew passed by,” she stated.

Blake said that she was only given a “small, thin and flat piece of black fabric to cover my genitalia” and “had to request a blanket to be given to me for privacy between takes, which was not always provided.”

Blake also said that she felt violated by the choice of actor for the doctor, plus who was around on set that day, including financier Steve Sarowitz and producer Jamey Heath.

“I was extremely uncomfortable with the degree to which I was exposed during the Birth Scene, which felt violative and humiliating. That was amplified by having Baldoni’s best friend acting between my legs, and his other best friend and the Film’s financier visiting that day of all days,” she said.

Blake also claimed that Jamey showed her a video of a fully nude woman the next day, which he claimed was a video of his wife giving birth.
