Britney Spears has checked herself into a rehab facility.

The 44-year-old Grammy-winning pop star reportedly entered treatment voluntarily, a month after her DUI arrest in early March, according to TMZ.

The publication reports Britney checked in a few days ago at a facility somewhere in the United States, after those close to her had been urging her to check in. She agreed to do so voluntarily.

“She realizes she hit rock bottom,” a source said.

According to sources, one of the reasons Britney has now gone to rehab is due to her DUI case, following her March 4 arrest for driving under the influence in California.

“She knows strategically this will look good in front of the judge — that she’s taking it seriously,” a source noted.

Britney‘s sons Sean and Jayden are supportive of her decision. The program she is reportedly in is 30 days, but a source says she could stay longer.

This isn’t her first time going to rehab, as she has gone in the past, but at those times, she left after a few days.

“Thank you guys for all your support… spending time with family and friends is such a blessing !!! 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹” Britney previously wrote on Instagram weeks after her arrest. “Stay kind !!!”

Just last week, Britney was seen spending Easter Sunday afternoon with Diane Warren and Molly Shannon.
