Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Seal Chiefs Win With a Kiss Ahead of Super Bowl

Brittany Mahomes is not letting the haters off easy—especially when it comes to her husband Patrick Mahomes.

After the Kansas City Chiefs beat the Buffalo Bills at the Jan. 26 AFC Championship Game, claiming their spot in the Super Bowl, Brittany shared a social media message for the online critics that had something to say about the Kansas City quarterback.

“Thank you for all your concerns with 15 this season,” she wrote, referring to Patrick’s jersey number, in her Jan. 26 Instagram Stories. “See y’all in New Orleans.”

And while she was already addressing the negativity making its rounds on social media, she directed a more serious message toward the Bills fans, recalling a disturbing past incident.

“Do we remember this Buffalo,” Brittany wrote over a Jan. 26 Instagram story, alongside a photo of a Kermit the Frog plush toy dressed in a No. 15 jersey hanging from a pole, “Absolutely disgusting…As you go home tonight, I pray we become better people.”

But despite the negativity on social media, nothing could curb Brittany’s enthusiasm for Patrick—with whom she shares kids Sterling, 3, Bronze, 2, and newborn Golden Raye—and his team. Along with posting clips throughout the game on her Stories, she showed her excitement about the Chiefs advancing to the 2025 Super Bowl by posting a pic from the sidelines with the caption, “We’re baaaaaack.”

And just moments before, she took to the field at Arrowsmith Stadium in Kansas City with Taylor Swift, who is currently dating Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce. Photos from the post-victory celebrations show the “Bejeweled” singer wrapping her arms around the 29-year-old as they proudly watched Travis make his victory speech alongside his teammates. Even Travis and Patrick’s mom Donna Kelce was in on the party, giggling beside the besties.

After all, the Chiefs now have the potential to make history Feb. 9 with a third consecutive Super Bowl title. But, according to Patrick, the Chiefs are determined not to let the pressure affect their performance.

“I put every single season as its own season,” Patrick said in a press conference. “Every team is different.”

“I think it will be something that I look back at the end of my career if we’re able to go out there and get that three-peat,” he continued, “but at the same time, you just treat it as one season and one Super Bowl run, which is always hard to do.”

As for how Travis celebrated their big win? He shared a sweet PDA moment with the “Shake It Off” singer on the field before exiting while Taylor jumped up and down in his arms. After all, the athlete recently expressed how lucky he feels to have Taylor as his biggest cheerleader.

"She's fully encouraging me to enjoy playing this game," he said on the Stephen A. Smith show. "She loves coming to Arrowhead and coming to the games and cheering for me so I got all the support in the world to keep chasing these dreams."
