Brooklyn Beckham published a lengthy statement today (January 19) in response to rumors of a feud in his family.

There had been a ton written in the press lately about Brooklyn and his wife Nicola Peltz‘s relationship with his parents, Victoria and David Beckham.

“I wake up every morning grateful for the life I chose, and have found peace and relief. My wife and I do not want a life shaped by image, press, or manipulation. All we want is peace, privacy, and happiness for us and our future family,” he wrote, in part.
