People really, really, really, really, really, really like E•MO•TION. Upon its release, Carly Rae Jepsen’s 2015 album was heralded as an instant classic, and its reputation has only grown in the decade since. Now, one of the definitive pop albums of the 2010s is getting a deluxe reissue for its 10th anniversary.

E•MO•TION (10th Anniversary Edition) is set for release on October 17 via Interscope/UMe. Fans will have many variations to choose from, including a digital deluxe, ATMOS, and a number of exclusive vinyl variants including 1LP blue swirl color vinyl, a 1LP zoetrope vinyl, and 2LP magenta swirl color vinyl with an alternate cover plus an insert of the original.

This is the biggest and best version of E•MO•TION yet, adding to the 17-song deluxe expanded edition that was most recently available on DSPs. The robust 24-song tracklist includes the fan-favorite non-album single “Cut To The Feeling” and six new bonus tracks: remixes of “Run Away With Me” by Kyle Shearer and Rostam plus the previously unreleased songs “More,” “Guardian Angel,” “Back Of My Heart,” and “Lost In Devotion.”

Tuesday night, Jepsen celebrated 10 years of E•MO•TION with a full front-to-back performance of the album in front of an audience at the legendary Los Angeles nightclub the Troubadour. In a note to fans, Jepsen billed the concert as “a one night only intimate club show where it all began.”

E•MO•TION reframed Jepsen’s career and altered the course of modern pop. In achieving cult-classic status, the album has accumulated more than 1 billion streams and been recognized as one of the greatest albums of the decade by outlets including Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, and Billboard.

More recently, Jepsen released a pair of sister albums with 2022’s The Loneliest Time and 2023’s The Loveliest Time. She’s been collaborating with Lena Dunham on a Broadway musical adaptation of 10 Things I Hate About You.
