There’s an update about the slate of original TV shows at CBS, and the plan for the next few months.

In a change from previous years, CBS is actually planning to unveil their 2026-27 primetime schedule weeks earlier than they usually do.

In the past few years, the network has always chosen to disclose their upcoming fall schedule in May.

This year, they will apparently be debuting their schedule on April 15, 2026. This means that “most” of their renewal and cancellation decisions will be made before that date, Deadline is reporting.

They have some new shows planned for next season as well, including comedies Eternally Yours and Regency, as well as Einstein and Cupertino.

CBS already renewed a majority of their series, while canceling 1 fan favorite TV show.

In addition, there are still 2 shows that don’t have a renewal or cancellation decisions at this time.
