Clavicular, the “Looksmaxxing” influencer whose real name is Braden Peters, has pleaded not guilty to charges filed against him, including one count of rape.

The 20-year-old social media star appeared in court for his arraignment on Thursday afternoon (October 22) in Orleans, Massachusetts.

In connection with an incident that allegedly happened in 2025, Clavicular was charged with “one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse and a third for procuring liquor while under the age of 21.”

The judge set bail at $10,000 for Peters and he posted it immediately after the hearing ended.

People reports that Peters has “agreed to surrender his passport, stay away from the plaintiff, and refrain from posting about her online.”

Clavicular wants all the charges dismissed

The social stars claims that there is “insufficient evidence” and wants all three counts to be dismissed.

“Braden Peters categorically denies these allegations,” his attorney told Fox News. “The fact that these allegations first arose in June 2026 when the complainant and her Florida attorney appeared together at the Chatham Police Department just days before filing an amended civil lawsuit seeking thousands of dollars from Mr. Peters speaks for itself.”

A young woman claims that Clavicular invited her to his family’s Cape Cod home in 2025 when she was only 17-years-old. She says he had an Uber bring her to his house, telling her that she would be paid to make “looksmaxxing videos.”

The alleged victim said that Clavicular told her to tell his live stream viewers on Twitch that she was 18 and that she was drinking water, even though he allegedly gave her alcohol.

The young woman says she got “really drunk” and fell asleep in Clavicular‘s bed. When she woke up the next morning, she claims that he was “having sex with me” without consent. She waited to report the incident until June 2026 because she was scared to tell anyone about the alleged assault.

Other charges against him

Earlier this year, Clavicular was arrested for battery in Florida and received a criminal charge for shooting an animal.
