Clavicular Leaves '60 Minutes Australia' Interview Amid Incel Question (Video)

Clavicular, a.k.a. Braden Peters, walked out of a 60 Minutes Australia interview over a line of questioning.

The clip in question is now getting attention online.

He was asked if he’s an incel. If you don’t know, “incel” is short for “involuntary celibate.”

Clavicular said in response: “I mean, how could you ask me that question as a follow-up after you asked me about my relationships to women? I mean, that’s quite literally the worst sequence of questions I think I’ve ever heard.”

Correspondent Adam Hegarty then rephrased: “Looksmaxxing was obviously a term created by the incel community. How do you feel about being linked to that group?”

Clavicular responded, “I’m not linked to that group in any way. Looksmaxxing is self-improvement, right? So it’s about potentially even ascending out of that category. So that would be kind of one of the goals, to dissociate from being an incel and overcome that. So that doesn’t make sense.”

He was then asked about any associations with Andrew Tate.

Braden Peters, who prefers to be called Clavicular, has made a name, and a lot of money, for himself as the world’s biggest looksmaxxing influencer – an internet subculture he feeds with messages of physical bodily damage, drug use and anti-feminist views. While the phenomenon he preaches about was born out of the INCEL community, Clavicular did not appreciate being asked about his relationship with the manosphere’s most controversial figure, Andrew Tate. He responded, “I see you want to make this political. Too bad I didn’t have time to look into, you know, anything about potentially, you know, who your wife cheated with, but don’t try to go down that line of questioning with me.”

Adam said, “I’m not married.”

Clavicular then said, “… so I could teach you about looksmaxxing, and then maybe you could switch that up. Thanks for the time, appreciate the interview.” He then got up and left.

Find out why he was recently arrested.
