Scoring an invite to Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift‘s wedding was a major surprise for Cooper Kupp!

The 33-year-old Seattle Seahawks wide receiver and his wife Anna Croskrey were among the many stars that were seen arriving at Madison Square Garden for the A-list couple’s nuptials on July 3.

During the Tuesday (August 4) premiere episode of the team’s Hard Knocks docuseries, Cooper admitted to teammate Sam Darnold that he was shocked he was invited to the wedding.

“I saw Tony [Romo] at the Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce wedding,” Cooper told Sam.

“Wait, what?” the quarterback asked. “He was at the wedding? Did you go?”

When Cooper confirmed he did attend the big event, Sam followed up with, “When did you get — how do you know him?”

“Bro, when I got the invitation, I thought it was a joke,” Cooper admitted. “I just would’ve imagined that there’s a laundry list of people that just knew him better.”

“Yeah, well, they invited a thousand people,” Sam remind him.

“Yeah, but I mean it was cool,” Cooper noted before they changed topics.

If you didn’t know, Cooper appeared on Travis‘ New Heights podcast back in February before the Seahawks defeated the New England Patriots in the 2026 Super Bowl.

In a recent interview, this singer explained why he wasn’t able to attend Taylor and Travis‘ wedding.
