Demi Lovato is talking about her new cookbook!

The 33-year-old singer attended a cookbook discussion and chatted with influencer Brett Chody at The Novo on Friday (March 20) in Los Angeles.

Demi‘s latest project is her first cookbook, One Plate at a Time: Recipes for Finding Freedom with Food, published by Flatiron Books.

The Camp Rock star has spoken about struggling with her relationship to food throughout the years amid struggling with an eating disorder and said that cooking has helped her along her recovery journey.

“I wanted to create a cookbook that was for people who may have had disordered eating in the past or are just intimidated to step foot into the kitchen for the first time,” she told People earlier this month.

The “Sorry Not Sorry” singer continued, “It’s just about getting in the kitchen and getting comfortable around cooking, and that will set you up for success later down the road with more recipes.”

Earlier this week, they also clarified why she sang “Heart Attack” at an American Heart Association event in 2024.
