Demi Moore and Bruce Willis will always put family first.
In celebration of their daughter Tallulah’s 31st birthday, Demi—who is also mom to daughters Rumer, 36, and Scout, 33, with the Die Hard star—shared an adorable photo of the former couple posing with their youngest.
“My baby is 31 today!” Demi wrote in a Feb. 3 Instagram post, alongside the snap. “Happy Birthday my sweet magical angel! Love you to the moon.”
In the photo, the former couple—who separated in 2000 after 13 years of marriage—posed with their daughter in front of a pink background, with The Substance star standing slightly behind Tallulah with her arm on her shoulders. Meanwhile, Bruce stood to her left, placing a kiss on her head in one shot.
Demi’s rare glimpse into her close dynamic with her ex comes just a few months after she gave an update on the 69-year-old’s diagnosis with frontotemporal dementia, which the family first revealed in 2023.
“He’s in a very stable place,” Demi told CNN in a December interview. “Given the givens."
Still, the 62-year-old emphasized that his challenging health journey—which began when Bruce was diagnosed with aphasia in 2022—has not been easy on Bruce or their blended family. (The Pulp Fiction star also shares daughters Mabel, 12, and Evelyn, 10, with wife of 15 years Emma Heming Willis.)
“Obviously it’s very difficult and it’s not what I would wish upon anyone, and there is no greater loss,” she continued. “But there is also great beauty and gifts that can come out of it.”

Indeed, Demi—along with the other women in the Moore-Willis family—previously noted that coming to terms with Bruce’s diagnosis while having the world’s support “meant the world” to them.
“We have been so moved by the love you have all shared for our dear husband, father, and friend during this difficult time,” the family wrote in a 2023 statement. “Your continued compassion, understanding, and respect will enable us to help Bruce live as full a life as possible.”
