Diplo is bringing his music and fitness event back to the Big Apple. The 47-year-old Grammy Award-winning producer and DJ just announced that Diplo’s Run Club New York 5K will return on Saturday, October 24 at Flushing Meadows Corona Park in Queens, New York City. Keep reading to find out more… The event combines a timed 3.1 mile run with a mini music festival, ending with a live performance and celebration at the finish line. Last year’s debut in NYC was a massive success, becoming the largest inaugural 5K in the United States. Thousands of runners participated, and celebrity guests like A$AP Ferg and Mark Ronson helped turn the event into a party. “Music and fitness are such large parts of my life, it’s very special for me to be able to share both of those things with my fans together in one event,” Diplo said in a statement. “We had more than ten thousand people run and party with me in New York last year; I can’t wait to do it with even more people this time around.” The event is open to all skill levels, including beginners. In fact, more than half of the participants last year completed their first-ever 5K. Runners can expect a professionally timed course, a high-energy atmosphere and a post-race concert experience. The 2026 Diplo’s Run Club tour will also make stops in cities like Denver, Philadelphia, Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco, Los Angeles, and more. Registration for the New York race is now open. Diplo recently revealed why he hasn’t worked with Lady Gaga.
