Icky Minaj!

A jeweler who designed a famous necklace for Nicki Minaj is selling it to protest her MAGA turn, Page Six has learned.

ONCH created the pink fried-chicken piece that the rapper memorably wore on on stage at the iHeart Music Festival, which was fawned over by everyone from Billboard to Bon Appetit and which was even called out on a Remy Ma diss diss track.

But now he’s auctioning it to benefit the American Civil Liberties Association after Minaj embraced the Trump Administration.

The “Anaconda” rapper wore the piece on stage in 2011 with a pink tutu and a pink bra, Billboard featured it on its cover, and wondered, “Is it satire, offensive, or just making you hungry?”

And by 2017, it was still on some people’s mind.

On Slether, Ma rapped, “Are you dumb? You wore a pink diamond chicken wing chain (Are you dumb?)
You had a leopard beehive on your head (Are you dumb?)”

But now ONCH, a Taiwanese-American immigrant, is selling the original necklace worn and signed by Minaj after the rapper embraced the MAGA movement.

Think of it as more K F-You than KFC.

In January she was interviewed by Turning Point USA’s Erica Kirk at one of its conventions, and in January she appeared on stage with President Donald Trump, declaring herself “his number one fan.”

The one-of-one neklace will go on the auction block with shopping app Palmstreet on February 24 with a minimum bid of $30,000. It’s open for pre-auction bids now.

ONCH, whose other clients include Rihanna, Kate Moss and Ariana Grande, told us, “As an artist of color, it matters to me how my work is remembered. Redirecting this moment toward giving back allows the design to carry new meaning beyond the current spectacle.”

It’s the first time the piece has ever been made available to the public.
