The spotlight is on El Gouna, and the fashion is speaking for itself. Back for its ninth edition from October 15 to 23, the El Gouna Film Festival brings together the Arab world’s biggest names for a week of cinema, culture, and fashion worth watching. Against the backdrop of Egypt’s Red Sea coast, the festival is serving more than film premieres, with celebrities turning heads at the red carpet in everything from international designer pieces to creations by the region’s most exciting fashion talents.

Among the looks catching attention this year, Mona Zaki embraced the timeless sophistication of Carolina Herrera, while Dorra Zarrouk made a statement in Tony Ward Couture. Huda El Mufti wore Dolce & Gabbana, adding a touch of Italian flair, and Salma Abu Deif made an impression in a custom Miu Miu creation. From sparkling gowns and dramatic silhouettes to intricate details and bold colours, the red carpet offers a range of styles that reflect each star’s individual taste.
