Erika Kirk is paying tribute to late husband Charlie Kirk on the first anniversary of his death.

If you don’t know, the conservative activist and Turning Point USA founder was shot and killed at the age of 31 on September 10, 2025 while participating in a public debate at Utah Valley University. He was rushed to the hospital and died from his injuries.

Now, a year later, Erika, 37, took to Instagram to mark the solemn day.

“…until Heaven,” Erika wrote over a black and white of herself and Charlie holding hands at their 2021 wedding.

Erika and Charlie began dating in 2019 and got engaged the following year. They shared two children: a daughter born in 2022 and a son born in 2024.

Following Charlie‘s death, Erika has become the new CEO of Turning Point USA.

Earlier this year, Donald Trump appointed Erika to a position once held by Charlie.
