Just last night, my fiancé and I were lying in bed, watching Jeopardy Masters, when—bless his heart—he went to wipe away hair that had “landed” on my chin, only to find that it was anchored to my skin. I'm usually pretty on top of spotting and plucking the random chin hairs I get, but clearly, sometimes, I miss ones that have gotten the opportunity to grow a good, wispy inch. A decade or two ago, I might have been embarrassed, but I've come to understand that there's nothing unnatural or wrong with facial hair, and my preference to remove it is no more suitable than anyone's not to. And I kind of love that, less than 24 hours later, Florence Pugh is sharing with her 10 million Instagram followers that she, too, discovered new chin hairs.

On Thursday afternoon, the always refreshingly down-to-earth star of Thunderbolts shared a couple of Instagram Stories, in which she appears to be on her way to an event. In the first clip, she shows off an incredible pair of what I'm guessing are the Khaite Nevada boots. “These girls get to come out tonight,” Pugh wrote.

You know what also came out? Chin hairs, apparently.

In the next slide, Pugh shares a selfie video in which she writes, “Found a new spot for chin hairs to hide today guys. Sneaker fuckers thought I wouldn't check the zoom in mirror.” And, perhaps needless to say, she does, in fact, zoom in on her chin. I'm not entirely sure I see anything hiding under there—maybe my fiancé should take a look—but I'll trust that she's got some rogue fuzz if she's being candid enough to share her discovery with us.
