The promo begins with Liz and Dante seemingly discussing Drew’s shooting. Dante is wondering who could’ve gotten their hands on the gun. In response, Liz tells him, “I think I know who it was.” Currently, only a few people know that Willow shot Drew. But with how Liz and Dante’s conversation is going, maybe they’ll finally deduce that it was her.

In the next clip, Cassius grabs Joss’ hand, preventing her from leaving. He says, “I can’t let you go.” Joss then uses the object in her hand to smack him in the head. It is unclear whether Joss has realized that he’s not Nathan, but Cassius. Considering that she’s come so far in her investigation, it’s highly likely that she’ll figure out his identity soon.

For context, this comes shortly after Britt revealed to Cassius that she knew Joss was a WSB spy. He berated her for not telling him sooner and suspected that Joss might be getting close to uncovering his identity. Britt assured that Joss was only investigating their father, Faison. However, Cassius decided not to take any risks and deal with Joss himself. He later invited her to talk, but clearly, things didn’t go as planned.

The final clip in the General Hospital spoiler video showcased a confrontation between Carly and Jack, who caught her in bed naked. Overcome with anger, Jack asks her, “How long, Carly? And who the hell is it?” With an intense expression, Carly says, “Turn around.”

While the promo doesn’t reveal who is behind Jack, it is safe to say that it is Valentin. This might not be how Carly and Valentin might’ve imagined confronting Jack, but they may finally have a chance to execute their revenge.
