Hailey Bieber just took the office siren look out of the boardroom and plopped it right on the slopes of Aspen. The Rhode founder is keeping the trending, TikTok-driven aesthetic alive this winter with her glasses, side-swept hair, and… is that a chrome French tip I see?

Bieber's take on the office siren trend makes a few appearances in her latest Instagram photo dump, starting with a selfie teasing Rhode's forthcoming lip liners. In the pic, Bieber wears a slim pair of eyeglasses with minimal eye makeup underneath, save for a flick of mascara. The 2000s-style Bayonetta glasses are a key element of many office siren looks, and Bieber's are a pitch-perfect pair.

In another photo, the model and new mom wears the side part to end all side parts. Her brunette hair is tossed allll the way over to the side, reminiscent of the big, full blowouts and teased looks of the ‘80s and early ’90s. The hint of a wave adds extra movement to the tousled style, with the ends gently curled for bounce and body. And if you zoom in on her hands, you'll see what appears to be a silvery chrome French manicure in place of her usual glazed donut nails—a very Bieber-esque twist on the enduring manicure.

The sheer, glazed nails do make a few cameos in the photo carousel, however, so if you thought she was giving them up, think again! In the most office siren-y pic of the bunch, Bieber poses in a miniskirt and black blazer, sheer black tights, and pumps. Her hair is pulled back into a sleek yet perky ponytail with flipped-out ends, and she wears a rosy plum lip, lots of blush, and—you guessed it!—shiny, shimmery nails holding an oversized black clutch you could probably keep important memos in. We even get a brief appearance from Mr. Bieber, with a cute pic of Justin napping at a restaurant. That's the sign of a great vacation!
