Noah Beck’s Sister Haley Beck Accused of Having Sexual Relationship With Student as Teacher

Haley Beck’s embroilment in scandal continues.

After the 27-year-old—sister to influencer Noah Beck—was recommended for termination from her position as a teacher at Centennial High School over a sexual relationship with a student, a representative of the Peoria Police Department told People May 1 they were “looking into” a new tip that Haley had an inappropriate relationship with a second student.

As of May 5, a new statement from the department to People confirmed it had “completed the interview with the reporting party and are continuing to follow up on all leads,” noting, “We take all reports of potential criminal activity seriously and are working to determine the facts.”

In a May 6 statement to E! News, Peoria PD said, “At this point, it’s an ongoing investigation and we will do our due diligence to gather all the facts presented to us.”

As of April 10, local outlet News12 reported criminal charges had not been brought against Haley at that time.

E! News has reached out to legal representation for Haley for comment but has not yet heard back.

A lawyer for Haley previously denied she committed any crimes.

“Ms. Beck respects the criminal justice process and looks forward to the conclusion of the investigation, which will reveal she committed no crimes,” attorney Matthew Long told 12News on April 8. “Like any individual subject to investigation, Ms. Beck is entitled to due process. We are confident that a complete review of the facts will confirm her innocence."

The recommendation to terminate Haley from her teaching job in Peoria, Arizona, occurred in April following an internal investigation from the school district. (Since then, multiple outlets have reported Haley has been terminated from her role.)

According to a statement of charges from the Peoria Unified School District obtained by E! News April 8, the investigation found that Haley allegedly began grooming one of her students before he turned 18 and that they developed a “quid pro quo” relationship that raised concerns.

Haley and the student, per the statement, exchanged over 4,000 texts throughout the summer of 2025, including messages about "oral sex, meeting up to have sex, drinking alcohol, smoking weed and about [the student] filming [Haley] providing him oral sex and showing it to other students.”

She also allegedly sent him a total of $630 on Apple Pay.

"Since grooming did occur, any sexual conduct after the date of consent is unwelcome," the Title IX Decision Maker wrote in the school document. "Within the teacher-student relationship, the behavior is also severe, pervasive and objectively offensive. In the text messages there were sexually-charged conversations and admission of sexual behaviors between students and teachers that are 'severe' and 'objectively offensive.'"

Following the investigation, the superintendent recommended dismissal, and the governing board soon adopted a statement of charges to fire Haley on March 26.

"After a review of the investigator’s findings," the district said in an April 8 statement to E! News, "the decision maker found that Ms. Beck groomed a student which resulted in her having a sexual relationship with that student and therefore recommended her termination."

In its statement, the district also encouraged “students, families, and staff to speak up about concerns so they can be quickly addressed. Our ongoing commitment is to be transparent, accountable, and to ensure every student feels safe and supported."
