Jessie Cave and her longtime partner are engaged after 12 years together!

The 38-year-old actress, who is best known for playing Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter franchise, announced that she and partner Alfie Brown will be married!

She posted an image of her with her engagement ring on Instagram, writing, “12 years and 4 kids later …. It’s getting serious!!! 💍 💍 💍.” She also posted the same news to her Instagram Story.

The couple share four kids: Donnie, 11, Margot, 9, Abraham, 5, and Becker, 3.

If you don’t know, Jessie portrayed Lavender Brown in 2009’s Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and went on to reprise her role in the two final films, 2010′s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 and 2011’s Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2. Lavender is briefly in a relationship with Ron Weasley in the series.
