Harry Winston has introduced a new high jewellery collection, 718 Marble Marquetry, marking a direct creative departure from the brand’s iconic New York flagship store on Fifth Avenue. The collection translates the architectural language of the landmark location – specifically its black-and-white marble motifs – into a suite of precious, wearable art.

The collection is compact but high-impact, consisting of a necklace, a pair of earrings, and a ring. Each piece follows a signature design structure: an arrangement of 10 pear-shaped gemstones encircling a single, central emerald-cut diamond. According to the brand, the geometry is intended to create a convergence of colour and light, with contrasting tones placed in deliberate opposition to achieve what Harry Winston describes as “geometric opulence.”

Rather than a single gemstone narrative, the 718 Marble Marquetry collection is offered across a wide spectrum of coloured stones. Customers can find the suite executed in ruby, sapphire, pink sapphire, spessartite, yellow diamond, and black spinel. Each version is paired with exceptional white diamonds, reinforcing the house’s long-standing reputation for high-grade gemstones.

The name 718 refers to the Fifth Avenue flagship’s telephone area code, a detail the brand has previously used to root collections in its New York identity. In this case, the marble flooring and interior detailing of the flagship serve as the visual and conceptual foundation for the jewellery’s contrasting tones and precision-cut geometry.

Harry Winston has not positioned this as a seasonal or trend-driven release. Instead, the brand frames the collection as an extension of its architectural legacy, stating that the pieces carry “the spirit of Harry Winston’s New York into works of art.”

Availability and pricing have not yet been disclosed for the UAE or regional markets. Industry sources expect the collection to be shown at select Harry Winston boutiques and private viewing appointments, consistent with the brand’s approach to high jewellery releases.
