Italian Seasoning in a jar and in a spoon
  • Flavor:  Balanced, herby, and aromatic!
  • Skill Level: This recipe is beginner-friendly. Just measure and mix!
  • Prep Note: Making your own Italian seasoning is easy and allows you to adjust the flavors to your tastes. You can adjust the sodium or ensure it’s gluten-free (just check your spices).
  • Budget Tip: Making spice blends at home is often more cost-effective than purchasing pre-made versions, so make a large batch and stock up.
  • Storage Suggestion: Store it in a spice jar or an airtight container for up to 6 months. You can keep it longer since the spices are dried, but it will begin to lose flavor.
