Laufey is preparing the release of her deluxe album, and leading with “How I Get”!

The 26-year-old singer shared the new song on Wednesday (February 25), announcing that it’s part of her forthcoming album A Matter of Time: The Final Hour, out on April 10.

“We have made it to The Final Hour. A Matter of Time: The Final Hour is out April 10th! ‘How I Get” drops at midnight tomorrow 🕸 A Matter of Time: The Final Hour will be available for pre-order/pre-save on Wednesday at 9am ET xx” she revealed on her Instagram.

“The Final Hour picks up where A Matter of Time left off… the light is softer, the air like spring after the storm, stepping into a new emotional chapter 🪜🤍 I am so excited for you guys to hear it!!” she added.

The song was first teased as a surprise song during the A Matter of Time Tour while performing in Zürich, Switzerland.

“I don’t smoke cigarettes . Don’t do things I’ll regret . Don’t mood swing, shoulder bets / But baby, with you, that’s just how I get,” she sings.

Earlier this month, Laufey made a statement while winning big at the Grammys!
