Hugh Jackman and Sutton Foster are enjoying an afternoon outing.

The couple left a restaurant with some leftovers after a low-key lunch date on Thursday afternoon (October 22) in Pasadena, Calif.

For their outing, the 58-year-old Deadpool & Wolverine actor sported a gray hoodie with green joggers a baseball hat and sunglasses while the 51-year-old Younger actress wore a green jacket over a brown and light blue striped sweater paired with jeans.

Hugh and Sutton‘s relationship became public in late 2024 after the pair starred together in Broadway’s The Music Man. The couple later made their red carpet debut in October 2025.

The couple’s Pasadena outing comes after they spent the summer in North Carolina.

A source told People, “Hugh and Sutton wanted to get away from the city.”

“Hugh has told friends he believes Sutton is the one and he admires her spirit and talent,” the source added, saying that Hugh “has been writing, reading scripts and spending time with Sutton outside.”

The source said that Sutton “has a group of friends” in North Carolina and that they “have a fun social life” there. Sutton‘s nine-year-old daughter Emily has been spending time with them on the getaway. She shares her daughter with estranged husband Ted Griffin.

Earlier this year, it was announced that Hugh will play the pirate Long John Silver in an upcoming Ridley Scott adaptation of Robert Louis Stevenson‘s Treasure Island. Find out more about the project here.
