This guide is for energy practitioners, meditation facilitators, or conscious individuals who want to elevate their manifestation work. It walks you through how to combine deep, restorative Yoga Nidra with the Cho Ku Rei symbol to energetically align with financial abundance.

The practice uses the body scan method of Yoga Nidra while intentionally directing energy into the chakras at key moments. Cho Ku Rei is used to amplify, clear, and seal energetic instructions into both the subconscious and the body.

Preparation Before the Practice

1. Create a still, peaceful environment

Dim the lights, eliminate distractions, and (optionally) play soft piano or ocean wave sounds.

2. Ground yourself as the facilitator or practitioner

Place both feet on the ground or lie down. Take a few conscious breaths and mentally affirm:
“I now align with the frequency of wealth and divine flow.”

3. Activate the Cho Ku Rei symbol

Mentally or physically draw the spiral shape three times. With each repetition, say: “Cho Ku Rei.”
This initiates the energetic connection.

Now begin the guided Yoga Nidra. As you move awareness through the body, gently pause at specific chakra centers to infuse the Cho Ku Rei symbol and set the energetic tone for manifestation.

1. Crown Chakra (Sahasrara)
Location: Top of the head
Theme: Divine connection, receptivity

Start your body scan here. Invite a sense of openness.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei above the head to activate a connection with infinite abundance.
Affirm: “I open to receive divine wealth with grace.”

2. Third Eye Chakra (Ajna)
Location: Center of forehead
Theme: Vision, inner guidance

Bring awareness to the forehead. Here, you’re setting the template for wealth aligned with your purpose.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei to clear mental fog and amplify clarity.
Affirm: “I see opportunities clearly. I trust my inner wisdom to guide wealth to me.”

3. Throat Chakra (Vishuddha)
Location: Base of throat
Theme: Expression, truth

As you pass through the throat, imagine a bright, clear blue light.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei to activate your ability to communicate your value and ask for what you desire.
Affirm: “I speak my financial truth. I express confidently and am heard.”

4. Heart Chakra (Anahata)
Location: Center of chest
Theme: Receiving, self-worth

Pause here.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei as a soft green or golden spiral into the chest. Let the energy melt blocks to love and worthiness.
Affirm: “I am deeply worthy of money and love. I receive freely.”

5. Solar Plexus Chakra (Manipura)
Location: Just above the navel
Theme: Power, confidence, deservedness

Bring your attention to this area.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei here to empower your inner sense of control, focus, and self-trust.
Affirm: “I direct wealth with confidence. I am powerful and secure.”

6. Sacral Chakra (Svadhisthana)
Location: Below the navel
Theme: Creativity, flow, pleasure

Visualize this orange energy center glowing.
Infuse Cho Ku Rei to activate creative ideas and energetic magnetism.
Affirm: “I create money through joy and inspiration. Wealth flows with ease.”

7. Root Chakra (Muladhara)
Location: Base of spine
Theme: Safety, grounding, physical security

At the end of the scan, anchor energy here.
Place Cho Ku Rei in this base point to seal the session into physical manifestation.
Affirm: “I am rooted in wealth. My needs are always met. I allow abundance to be part of my body and life.”

Completion Phase: Hands and Feet

Bring awareness to the palms and soles of the feet. These are entry and exit points for giving and receiving.
Place Cho Ku Rei in both hands and feet to balance flow and prepare the system for real-world alignment.
Affirm: “I give and receive money freely. My energetic channels are open and balanced.”

Closing the Session

Visualize one large Cho Ku Rei symbol surrounding the entire body like a field of light. This seals the work and protects the energetic upgrades made during the session. Allow a few moments of silence or stillness to let the body integrate the shifts.

Gently return to the waking state, feeling grounded, clear, and energetically attuned to the frequency of wealth.
