Jeffrey Epstein Prison Guard Googled Him Before Body Was Found in Jail

There is a new update regarding the death of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.

One of the prison guards Googled him prior to his body being discovered at the Metropolitan Correctional Center, according to documents just released by the Department of Justice.

Shortly before he was found hanging in his cell on August 10, 2019, a staff member, Tova Noel, searched “latest on Epstein in jail” twice, via People.

The guard searched the term at 5:42 a.m. local time, then did it again 10 minutes later, at 5:52 a.m., per FBI records of the guard’s internet search history. She also shopped for furniture.

There was a phone call reporting his body over an hour later, at around 7:00 a.m., via the records.

Tova and Michael Thomas, who was assigned as guards, were previously charged with falsifying records about their activities when they were meant to check on him every 30 minutes. Those charges were ultimately dropped in 2021.
