Photos of Jeremy Allen White are going viral on social media right now because of how ripped he looks in them!

The 35-year-old The Bear actor went to the beach with friends this week and his pal Kahiem Rivera shared some photos on his Instagram Stories.

Pictures show them walking along the boardwalk at the beach, taking a dip in the water, and playing backgammon while lounging on the sand and soaking up the sun.

Fans on social media have been sharing the photos and thirsting over Jeremy‘s physique.

Jeremy was recently featured in GQ and he opened up about his workouts.

“I find a park with an outdoor gym – that’s how I like to exercise,” he told GQ. “I’ll bring a jump rope, and I’ll do some pull-ups, push-ups, dips. I like exercising outside, especially in New York in the outdoor gyms in the park, because there’s always going to be someone there that’s tougher than you, so I find I get quietly competitive and I’ll end up training a little bit harder.”

The series finale of Jeremy‘s show The Bear just aired and his movie The Mandalorian and Grogu was released in theaters a couple months ago. He’s enjoying some downtime right now!
