Jessica Simpson's boots are made for walkin', and she sure is ... 'cause TMZ has learned she's got a new man in her life amid her split from Eric Johnson.

Sources tell TMZ ... Jessica is dating Nashville-based Thomas Eisenhood, a roadie in the music business. We're told the two have been together romantically for about 3 months and spend time together when Jessica visits her second home in Nashville.

Our sources say the pair met through mutual friends in the music industry, and things quickly turned romantic. That said, we're told the relationship is still relatively new -- Eisenhood has not met Jessica's kids.

The budding romance comes as Jessica navigates her split from Johnson. As we previously reported ... Jessica decided to keep her $17 million Los Angeles mansion after Eric moved out of the home they shared during their marriage. Eric got his own place not too far from Jessica's pad.

Simpson announced her separation from Johnson in January 2025, but sources say the breakup had been in motion long before that. The two married in 2014 and share three children together.
