Jessie J is recovering after being taken to the hospital.

The 37-year-old “Price Tag” singer revealed she went to the hospital for an MRI scan after hitting her head on the roof of a car while on her No Secrets Tour in China, with concern she had “broken her neck.”

Jessie shared a video documenting the experience on Saturday (March 21).

In the video, she’s seen stepping into a car saying “I don’t mind squashing in the back,” right before the moment she hits her head.

Later, she’s seen at the hospital laying down having a scan done, followed by footage of her back up again at rehearsals.

“Yeah, I just can’t move my head. I’m alright, I’ll just have to take some painkillers and march right through it. I just wanna kinda run down the show…,” she says during rehearsals in the video.

“I thought I broke my neck, but I haven’t. But I have really hurt my neck and my back. Don’t say it,” she said.

In more footage in the compilation, Jessie‘s seen doing fittings, as well as an adorable pre-show ritual with two-year-old son, Sky Safir Cornish Colman, whom she shares with Chanan Colman, who joins in for a cheer of “a crocodile!”
