Neurosurgeons William (Stan) Anderson and Shenandoah (Dody) Robinson describe fellowship training in functional neurosurgery that is offered through the Johns Hopkins Department of Neurosurgery. Fellows participate in functional neurosurgery cases at Johns Hopkins, including procedures to treat movement disorders, epilepsy, spasticity and chronic pain, as well as cases associated with active research protocols. They are also required to complete at least one manuscript for publication during the fellowship period.
