The Jonas Brothers debuted a brand new song at the first show of Burning Up Tour All Over Again!

Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas hit the stage at Madison Square Garden for the first of three consecutive shows at the iconic venue on Thursday (August 20) in New York City.

During the second half of the show, the band played songs that they recorded during their hiatus and after reuniting as a group. They debuted the new song “Listen When Sad” during that portion of the night!

The brothers said, “There’s something special about going back to one of the most pivotal eras in our musical journey. Our brand new single ‘Listen When Sad’”’ reunites us with longtime producer John Fields in the studio for the first time since 2009; channeling the emo and alternative influences we grew up on. To us, it feels like a piece of our heritage channeled through who we are today, and we couldn’t be more excited for you to hear it.”

The band will be performing the song at their Madison Square Garden shows this weekend and on the upcoming tour dates. The studio version will be released on August 28.

“The new single reflects a deliberate return to the sound that started it all,” the band’s label teased.
