Kelly Osbourne has reportedly split from her fiancé, Sid Wilson, amid her dramatic weight loss.

Osbourne, 41, and the Slipknot member, 49, were said to have quietly ended their engagement sometime within the month, according to the Daily Mail. They were last pictured together at the Grammy Awards in February.

“Kelly and Sid have decided to call off their engagement,” an insider claimed to the outlet Monday.

“Kelly has been struggling following the loss of her father,” they continued. “The grieving process has been incredibly difficult, and she’s been doing everything she can to cope.”

Kelly’s dad, heavy metal legend Ozzy Osbourne, died from a heart attack after suffering from Parkinson’s on July 22, 2025. He was 76.

The source added that Kelly and Wilson were “facing challenges in their relationship for some time” and that “things were not as they appeared.”

“They tried to make it work, particularly for the sake of their child, but ultimately decided that separating is the best path forward,” they shared.

Kelly and the American DJ share a 3-year-old son, Sidney, whom they welcomed in November 2022.

“Kelly has endured a great deal over the past year,” the insider concluded. “Despite everything, she remains sober and is now focusing on herself and her role as a mother moving ahead.”

The former “Osbournes” reality star and Wilson first met in 1999 when Slipknot toured with the Ozzfest musical festival.

They took their relationship to the next level in January 2022 before hard-launching their romance the following month.

After welcoming their son in late 2022, Wilson got down on one knee and popped the question backstage during Ozzy’s Black Sabbath farewell concert at Villa Park in Birmingham, England, in early July 2025.

“Kelly, you know I love you more than anything in the world,” Wilson said in a clip of the proposal that Kelly shared to Instagram.

“F–k off, you’re not marrying my daughter,” Ozzy joked at the time.

The news of Kelly and Wilson’s reported split also comes as she faces concerns regarding her sudden weight loss in recent months.

“To the people who keep thinking they’re being funny and mean by writing comments like, ‘Are you ill, or ‘Get off Ozempic,’ or ‘You don’t look right,’” she began.

“My dad just died, and I’m doing the best that I can, and the only thing I have to live for right now is my family,” Kelly continued. “And I choose to share my content with you and share the happy side of my life, not the miserable side of my life.”

More recently, friends close to the Osbourne family said they were “really worried” about both Kelly and Sharon, 73, and their weight loss following Ozzy’s death.

“I see these photos and it’s horrifying,” a music industry source close to the Osbournes told Page Six earlier this month. “I didn’t recognize her.”

“It was shocking. I don’t know what’s going on. I’m really worried for her. I saw the photos and I was like, ‘Wow, what the hell happened to her?’ She looks unwell,” they added. “Is there more to it beyond grief?”
