Lainey Wilson showed off a new look tonight – she ditched her signature hat!

The 33-year-old country singer and Reminders of Him actress went hatless while performing at the 2026 iHeartRadio Music Awards on Thursday night (March 26) at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood.

Lainey sang a medley of her songs “Wild Flowers and Wild Horses”, “Heart Like A Truck” and “Hang Tight Honey.” She impressed everyone with her incredible vocals and even had stars like Taylor Swift on their feet!

Lainey is known for wearing a cowboy hat during all of her appearances, but she lost the signature look mid-performance.

In addition to her performance, Lainey got to honor her friend Miley Cyrus with the Innovator Award.

Lainey is nominated for two awards tonight – Country Artist of the Year and Favorite Tour Tradition for the “Cowgirl of the night” trend.
