Liquid Death is returning to the 2026 Super Bowl.

The beverage company debuted a brand new commercial that aired during the big game on Sunday (February 8).

In the ad, board-certified surgeon Dr. Darshan Shah asks viewers a very serious question: “Has your head ever exploded from an extreme energy drink?”

Keep reading to find out more…The clip then shows three headless patients sitting in the waiting room at a doctors office, along with a headless runner jogging right into traffic.

Dr. Shah then reveals that he has teamed up with Liquid Death for a new “better-for-you energy drink,” that has 100mg of caffeine, plus essential vitamins and zero sugar.

He also promises that the new drink is “guaranteed to not explode your head.”

Dr. Shah then attaches new fake heads onto his headless patients.
