Dax Shepard and Shaun White are working on their fitness ahead of the weekend.

The longtime friends were spotted going for a hike at Griffith Park on Friday morning (March 6) in Los Angeles.

Dax and Shaun‘s friendship dates back to at least 2012, when they presented together on stage at the Teen Choice Awards.

Shaun appeared on a 2022 episode of Dax‘s podcast Armchair Expert to “discuss how he dealt with the pressures of people expecting him to win all the time, how he applied his skateboarding skills to snowboarding, and what drives him to be the best in his sport.”

Dax skipped the red carpet at the Actor Awards last weekend, where his wife Kristen Bell served as host. He was preparing for a colonoscopy and while he didn’t make an appearance, he did hang out backstage to support her in-between her on-stage bits!
