Hi, I’m Roxie Nafousi, a self-development coach, speaker, manifestation expert, author of Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life. Not so long ago, I felt completely lost, stuck, and deeply unhappy. I hit rock bottom in 2018: struggling with addiction, low self-worth, and no sense of direction. But manifestation saved me, and not in some fluffy, mystical way. It gave me tools, clarity, and a new sense of personal power. The tips I’m sharing here are based on the 7-step method from my bestselling book, Manifest: 7 Steps to Living Your Best Life. These are the exact principles that helped me transform my own life—and they’ve helped over a million others around the globe to do the same. Here’s how to begin:

1. Get Crystal Clear on Your Vision

Manifestation begins with clarity. You need to know exactly what you want – vague desires lead to vague results. Ask yourself: What does my dream life really look like? Be specific. Want a new job? What kind, where, and how does it make you feel? Visualize it like it’s already yours and write it down in detail. Clarity is the first and most crucial step to activating your manifesting power.

2. Believe You Deserve It

Here’s the truth: you manifest what you believe you’re worthy of receiving. If you carry subconscious doubts, like “I’m not good enough” or “Success isn’t for people like me,” those beliefs act as blocks. Start reprogramming your mind with affirmations. A favorite of mine: “I am worthy of all the abundance that the universe has to offer.” Repeat it daily. Watch how your sense of worth begins to shift.

3. Take Aligned, Empowered Action

Manifestation is not just about dreaming; it’s about doing. Once you’re clear on your vision, ask yourself: What’s one small action I can take today to move closer to it? Whether it’s updating your CV, signing up for a course, or reaching out to a new connection, action is the bridge between your dream and reality. Don’t wait for the “perfect” moment, start before you feel ready.

4. Stay Resilient When Tests Appear

The universe loves to test your commitment. Challenges and setbacks are not signs to give up, they’re invitations to stay focused and resilient. When things feel hard, remind yourself: “This is just a test, and I am passing with flying colors.” Keep your eyes on the vision and keep going.

5. Practice Gratitude and Positivity Daily

Manifestation thrives on high-vibe energy. The more you focus on what’s good in your life now, the more goodness you attract. Start a simple daily gratitude practice: write down three things you’re grateful for every morning. It’s a game-changer for your mindset and your manifesting power.

6. Trust the Process and Surrender Control

One of the hardest but most powerful steps is letting go of how and when your manifestation will come to life. Stay open, stay faithful, and keep reminding yourself: “Everything is unfolding for me in perfect timing.” When you trust and release control, you allow the magic to happen.
