Margot Robbie is opening up about a surprising moment that happened early in her career during an interaction with a male co-star.

The actress revealed that a male star seemingly was trying to give her weight loss tips.

In a Complex video interview, Margot said, “Very, very early in my career, an actor I worked with, a male actor, gave me a book called ‘Why French Women Don’t Get Fat,’ and it was essentially a book telling you to eat less.”

“And I was like, ‘Whoa, f–k you, dude,’” Margot said. “I have no idea where he would even be now. This was really back in the day. He essentially gave me a book to let me know that I should lose weight. I was like, ‘Wow.’”

Margot did the interview with her Wuthering Heights collaborator Charli XCX to promote the film’s release this weekend.
