ComingSoon is debuting an exclusive trailer for Dark Reckoning, the upcoming survival thriller movie from Studio Dome. The film is scheduled to premiere on June 7, 2026.

“The film follows a brilliant virologist who becomes trapped in the mountains after a car crash. Isolated and fighting for survival, she experiences haunting delusions of her dead father that force her to confront buried trauma from her past,” reads the official synopsis.

What happens in the Dark Reckoning trailer?

The video shows Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines star Kristanna Loken as her character gets into a terrible car accident. She gets trapped by the door of her wrecked car, leading her to confront traumatic memories from her past. While trying to find a way to stay alive, she also starts hallucinating her dead father, played by Cobra Kai star Martin Kove.

Dark Reckoning is written and directed by S.J. Creazzo. The 80-minute thriller movie also stars Tom Malloy, Sophia VanDette, Gabrielle Kalomiris, Courtney Warner, Jesse Kove, and Paola Paulin. It is produced by Jeremy Gardner, Tom Malloy, Brock Pierce, John Przybylinski, Charlie Shrem, Brandon Goldman, and Shawn Michael.

“Dark Reckoning explores how extreme isolation can force someone to face the demons they’ve spent years avoiding,” Creazzo said in a statement. “The mountain setting becomes both a physical and psychological prison where survival depends on confronting the past.”
