Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls begins today. The newest season brings a slew of new content to the popular hero shooter from Marvel and NetEase Games. This includes a new Battle Pass that brings several cosmetics to the game.

Marvel Rivals Season 1 Battle Pass: Darkhold is available now

The Marvel Rivals Season 1 Battle Pass: Darkhold features 10 new costumes. Moon Knight, Magneto, Namor, Rocket, Wolverine, Loki, Iron Man, Adam Warlock, Scarlet Witch, and Peni Parker received new garbs that fit the season’s haunting theme. Well, except Peni Parker. Her new costume seems to be Fantastic Four-themed. There will also be new sprays and emotes to earn.

The Season 1 Luxury Battle Pass, which is needed to unlock everything the pass has to offer, costs 990 Lattice (roughly $10). However, players can earn 600 Lattice and 600 Units (in-game currency used to purchase costumes and other items) with the premium pass. Check out the trailer below to see the new costumes in action.

Marvel Rivals Season 1: Eternal Night Falls introduces Sanctum Sanctorum and Midtown maps, both invaded by Dracula. It also introduces two new characters: Invisible Woman and Mister Fantastic.

“Cosmic rays altered Susan Storm on a cellular level, granting her the ability to generate impenetrable force fields and to make herself fade from sight in an instant,” reads a description of Invisible Woman. “Despite her frequent lack of visibility, it has always been perfectly clear that Sue is the force holding her family — the Fantastic Four — together.”

“Reed Richards has one of the universe’s most brilliant minds, but even a genius of his magnitude couldn’t have predicted the interstellar incident that bombarded his friends and family with cosmic rays, granting them each extraordinary abilities,” reads a description of Mister Fantastic. “Mister Fantastic’s cellular elasticity allows him to stretch his body beyond all physical limits.”

NetEase Games and Marvel did announce The Thing and Human Torch would arrive in Marvel Rivals during Season 1. It seems they’ll be introduced to the game at a later date.
