Milania Giudice is “under the care of professionals” following an airport clash with her mom, Teresa Giudice, and her sister, Gia Giudice.

“Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria,” the reality star’s manager and longtime family friend, Maria DeSantis, said in a statement to Page Six.

Milania’s team went on to say she “is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family.”

The 20-year-old’s rep called her “a good-hearted and caring young woman who has been going through a very challenging period,” noting that their “focus right now is simply on her health, healing and well-being.”

On Wednesday, Milania shared — and later deleted — a video showing herself in a heated exchange with Teresa and Gia while police officers appeared to surround the family.

“This is what we do now?” Milania repeatedly asked in the clip.

Teresa could be heard telling her daughter, “I love you,” while Gia appeared to try to de-escalate the situation.

“Let her do what she wants to do,” Gia said before Milania told both women to “shut the f–k up.”

The airport drama comes during an especially difficult year for Milania, who was arrested in New Jersey in May and charged with simple assault following a domestic dispute at the home of her mother and stepfather, Luis Ruelas, 51.

Her sister Gabriella, 22, called police, reporting that Milania was acting erratically and throwing food and candles.

During a virtual court hearing, a judge said that Milania “did knowingly cause bodily injury” to the victim, known as LR, by striking them “in the head with her fist.” The attack allegedly left redness in the middle of the victim’s forehead.

Milania later acknowledged that she was “not in a good area” when the alleged incident occurred, adding that she had “been through a lot in life” and that people “really don’t” know everything happening in her life.

She subsequently enrolled in anger management classes.

Her father, Joe Giudice, 54, also spoke exclusively to Page Six about how the death of his daughter’s close friend, Victoria Zardoya, in July has “affected” Milania “tremendously,” asking the public to show compassion for his daughter as she navigates what he described as a “very difficult” period.

“There’s a real person behind what they see and read,” Joe said, while emphasizing his love and support for Milania.

“As her father, my priority is making sure my daughter knows that she is loved and supported,” he said.

“Our family is doing everything we can to be there for her and give her the support and space she needs right now.”
