Miley Cyrus – now known as just Miley – is kicking off a new era.

The 33-year-old “Flowers” superstar is set to launch her new album on September 18 via Atlantic Records, and she’s kicking off the campaign with the title track from the record, “Bass Persuades.”

Miley shared a message about the title’s meaning on Instagram when announcing the name and album cover of Bass Persuades.

My tenth studio album, BASS PERSUADES, is yours September 18th.

Music takes hold of us. We feel it, sing it, sometimes dance to it, let it out and carry on. It is powerful, vulnerable, sweet and strong. Heart full, heartache, every part of life in between. That’s what the title means to me.
