Sundy Rose Kidman-Urban is officially a Vogue cover star.
The young model covers the November issue of German Vogue solo, wearing Louis Vuitton while sitting in a grassy field.
At just 18 years old, Urban is still in high school and only began modeling two years ago, due to a rule set by mom Nicole Kidman.
Knowing from a young age that she wanted to dip her toe into the world of fashion, Urban shared, “Ever since I was 14 and had just figured out what it was, I kept nagging my mom about it.”
“I’m constantly stealing things from her wardrobe! She’s always been very generous with her clothes, for which I’m very grateful, because half my wardrobe now consists of her things,” she added.
At 16, she was allowed to hit the runway, making her catwalk debut at the Miu Miu spring/summer 2025 show: “I remember arriving there and thinking I knew so much about modeling, but in reality, I knew nothing at all.”
Now, though, fronting high fashion campaigns from Dior to Calvin Klein, walking in multiple major runway shows and now her Vogue cover debut, she sees her ultimate future in filmmaking just like her famous mom.
“When my sister or my friends were [on the film set], they tended to sit around […], while I always stared at the preview monitor because I was so fascinated by the work,” she explained.
The teenager makes sure to acknowledge her nepo baby status (apart from her A-list mom, her dad is none other than singer Keith Urban), telling the publication, “I’m very aware that I’m given opportunities that not everyone can have, and I’m truly grateful to be able to take advantage of them.”
Continuing, “When I’m at work, I make sure to always give my best, never come to work with a negative attitude, no matter how tired or jet-lagged I may be, and treat everyone with respect.”
One of those opportunities came this spring when Urban was her mom’s date for the 2026 Met Gala, coordinating with long pin-straight hair that reached down to the smalls of each back.
