The commercial encourages routine uACR screenings to detect early signs of kidney disease and other risks linked to high blood pressure and diabetes.

In the playful action-style ad, Octavia and Sofia act as futuristic advocates, racing motorcycles, and even piloting a helicopter while spotlighting how a simple urine test can save lives.

Octavia has lived with type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure herself, and the Modern Family alum has helped her mom manage high blood pressure.
