If you aren’t grounded, you’re like a leaf in the wind – everyone can easily throw you off balance. Being well-grounded means to stay firm, centered, and strong in who you are, like a wise old oak. It is vital for everyone to be grounded, especially empaths and highly sensitive people such as energy healers. This card invites you to be fully present in your body, to connect to the sacred wisdom of Mother Earth and then, through it, straight to your unlimited inner potential. Grounding is an opportunity to express your role as a co-creator. Think of grounding as being a vessel from which to pour water; without a vessel, no water can be poured.

Close your eyes for a moment and envision your true self. Does it resemble who you are today? If not, what is the one thing that holds you back from unveiling your true self and living life as you envision? This card gently invites you to stop hiding.
